1. Fun88 Rewards Program membership and benefits are provided at the sole discretion of Fun88.
2. Fun88 reserves the right to terminate or amend the Rewards Program membership and benefits at its discretion at any time.
3. Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to the terms, conditions, and regulations of the program. Fun88 reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any of the program rules at any time with or without prior notice. However, Fun88 will, as much as possible, attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as considered appropriate. All members and participants are encouraged to regularly review these general terms and conditions to see if any amendment or update has been done. It is the duty of the member and program participants to keep themselves updated to any changes done to the terms and conditions.
   
4. Any Rewards Program member deemed to be involved in any fraudulent activity such as bonus seeking and professional betting will have their membership automatically cancelled.
5. Fun88 reserves the right to periodically review transaction records and logs for purposes of our discretion. If, upon such review, Fun88 deems that end users are involved in strategies which Fun88 considers to be abusive in nature, Fun88 reserves the right to revoke the Rewards Program membership of the end user(s) in question.
6. Fun88 reserves the right to replace any item(s) requested with another item of similar monetary value should the requested item not be in stock or is no longer in production.
7. Fun88 reserves the sole right to interpret and apply the Rewards Program rules.
8. Membership in the Fun88 Rewards Program is free and available to individuals residing in countries where membership in such a program is allowed by local law. Participation in the program in certain countries may be limited or prohibited by local law.
9. Only the individual named in the Fun88 account may be considered eligible for membership in the Rewards Program. Only the individual named in the account may play/place bets under that account.
10. Membership in the Rewards Program Diamond level is solely by invitation only. No solicitations, requests, or applications to the Diamond level of the Rewards Program will be entertained.
11. Fun88 will strive to deliver ordered Reward items to the best of our ability, but we are reliant upon and limited by the capabilities of third party logistic services and barriers.
12. For incomplete or invalid information, redemption will be cancelled/rejected, and points will be returned. Fun88 will be informing through web announcement reason of redemption cancellation.
